arbnco expands data offering with upcoming water consumption access for ESG reporting

Once implemented, this change will introduce a more streamlined and consistent approach to accessing portfolio-level water data.

– Simon West, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
The current process to obtain consistent water consumption data is fragmented and inefficient, requiring engagement with multiple retailers across different regions. This results in delays, inconsistent formats and incomplete reporting. The move towards a centralised model aligns the water sector more closely with established energy data frameworks, improving efficiency and transparency.
arbnco’s solution will be offered to select commercial real estate clients under a structured commercial model, supporting increased visibility of portfolio performance and ESG improvement.
This initiative reinforces arbnco’s commitment to supporting its customers in the commercial real estate sector meet their evolving ESG obligations and net zero goals. We are delighted to have led this initiative with the Water market and be the first to offer this solution to our customers.
