arbnco at CREtech New York 2024
Earlier this month, our Chief Executive Officer Maureen Eisbrenner and Chief Revenue Officer Jim Borri were in New York for CREtech 2024, the premier event for real estate innovation.
Among the many highlights, they attended Debunking Retrofitting Myths for Smart Decarbonized Buildings, where experts discussed how evolving sustainability laws and grants are making retrofitting more feasible and cost-effective. The panel emphasised the importance of data-driven strategies and phased approaches to decarbonisation, helping reduce costs while enhancing sustainability.
In addition to the main conference, Maureen also participated in the second annual Women in PropTech Event, a gathering of female founders, investors, and key stakeholders shaping the future of real estate. An inspiring event that highlighted the significant contributions of women in PropTech, showcasing their leadership and innovation across the sector.
Our team had the unique opportunity to attend an exclusive event at the iconic Empire State Building, where they connected with our partners at JLL and other industry leaders.
Over two days, CREtech brought together more than 3,500 real estate professionals—landlords, developers, tech providers, investors, and thought leaders—all focused on how technology is reshaping the built environment. We were proud to be part of these conversations, share our expertise, and explore new partnerships that will drive the sector forward.
